Calling b2i(1, ....) is unwise.

This patch fixes the following warnings that are seen when stats are
enabled and channel is encrypted with CAID 0x4A.. (DRE-Crypt, Bulcrypt)
is decrypted:
c Error in b2i, n=1
c Error in b2i, n=1

emm_reader_match: Check csystem.caids along with reader->caid.

Bulcrypt reader supports two distinct CAIDs so reader->caid is
not set but caids[] are set. Add checks for values in caids[]
in emm_reader_match() in order for EMMs to work.

Since the autobuild of oscam sh4 versions it's disabled, I did not post new versions here.

But there is a version that I think it's working very well (reminds me of 4736-4744 versions), it's fast, stable and of course many options built in.

When I install fails aaf image how I can make

Install an oscam emu from AAF server and change only the bin file and make the appropiate modifications in the config files.
