Oscam PKT E2 - config remote reader only

Hi everybody, I have a question for Oscam experts:

I installed PKT E2 NEBULA v3 SVN-1843 on USB on my IPBOX9000HD.
I like the image a lot, I think it's the best one I've tried, but I have problems with Oscam configuration.

I have only one receiver so I don't need to configure CS. In this moment don't have cards so I don't need to configure local readers. I only need to configure one remote cccam reader from a friend, it should be easy, I don't see any error in the logs but still nothing works at all, not even one channel

Are there example config files for this scenario? Or a step-by-step guide?

Also, which version of the binaries would you recommend? 1.10 stable, latest 1.20 or ymod?

I would say 1.10 stable

If the line is connected and doesn't decode in oscam webif try to change in dvbapi section the boxtype and restart oscam.

It's still not working 

I tried all listed boxtypes and it doesn't seem to make any difference.

The strange fact is that the reader seems to work ok, I can see the ECM info in the Emu manager panel and even the "Start descrambling PID..." in the status.

It must be a DVB-api config problem, maybe PKT SVN-2291 (on USB) uses a different boxtype? I dont know how to troubleshoot that.

I tried different binaries and I dunno which one is the right one for my case: stapi or dvb? libusb or not?


I was able to make it work easily on PKT SVN-1772, which I would use, but it does not deep-shutdown correctly.

Do you have any recommendation for a different image?

Update: works fine with PKT 2290 (E2 OpenSource SH4 Duckbox Project GIT-5487 PKT SVN-2290 HYPERION v2 Image).

I think there was a problem either with my install of 2291 or a bug in the image...
