Project Titan for SH4 receivers

The Titan will be a new receiversoftware fo the Sh4 based receivers and made exclusively for AAF Team.

The new software wants to combine the good parts from enigma and neutrino,
from Enigma the multi tuner support,the plugins,the skins and from neutrino the fast startup.

The Titan it's now in Alpha version, and this are the first results and the work is still for optimize it:

Used Memory (untill now 3MB without Framebuffer)
Speed (tested with 30000 channels in list, scrolling was still ok)
fast Start (in about 4 seconds the GUI appears )
Binary size (80KB, E2 and Neutrino have 2MB)

Programming is entirely in C (not C++)

The first public release of a pre-Alpha version of the AAF image based on TITAN will be available in October.

Any news? October is at the end ;-)
Do you have a shared project on sourceforge or somewhere else from where we can download source and compile it?

The Titan prealpha image has appeared for Sh4 boxes about 2-3 weeks ago, except for Ipboxes, because of the missing tunerdrivers and some uboot problems.
Meanwhile, the AAF Team has built the tunerdrivers and untill yesterday they managed to resolve also the uboot problems, so now they are fixing only some small issues, and after they will release the image for our boxes.
Be patient.
