why don't won't download plugins from plugin addons client? 9900hd

issue is about ipbox 9900hd

I installed in 9900 a new image "AB-Com - IPBox 9900HD - Image 20110628"

and when I put through a USB stick: "enigma2-plugin-addons-clientserver_0.7_sh4.ipk" in receiver, and when I click to addons it will not appear "oscam version 4743"

first need to download the addons oscam setup and then I can change in 4743
