I have a ipbox 91HD and I can not use it!
Can someone explain to me how we put cccam in the box to decrypt the channels?

For Ipbox you can use Oscam as emulator it's a SH4 receiver so it has no cccam.
Some modified mgcamd 1.35 exist on the name of cccam 214 for this receiver, but it's only a modified emu as I said.

Why not use oscam? and what exactly do you want to decrypt? of the viewing card or for sharing
